"PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICE"
The Public Relations Office (URP) of the AREA Science Park Consortium is based
on the principles of transparency, simplification and accessibility. Such principles reflect the
core values of the Body itself and its way of relating with people outside AREA.
The Public Relations Office acts as connection point between the Consortium and the citizens
by:
- guaranteeing the right to access deeds and documents;
- supplying information on the operation of the Administration and services offered;
- promoting administrative simplification and streamlining of procedures;
- managing claims and reports and forwarding them to the competent offices;
- advertising the services offered and how to take advantage of them;
- regularly studying user needs and monitoring their level of satisfaction;
- constantly updating the Body’s site.
